Fall Trends: Styling Western Boots & Suede Moto Jacket
There are so many fun (and wearable!) trends this Fall, but my favorite this year has to be Western Boots. I definitely don’t find myself gravitating towards the cowboy/girl trend on the regular, but I do love using elements of it (such as color and texture) in some of my outfit details. When cowboy boots became increasingly popular this Season, I knew I had to find the right combination of elegance & authenticity in a design that would be something I could see myself wearing. Enter the scene: Momo Design Mosaic Embroidered Western Boots (sold out sadly in this design).
For today’s post, I styled these amazing boots with a girly outfit – coordinating the colors in my look to reflect elegance and femininity – pairing with the textured boho style of the shoes to create balance.
Here are the exact ingredients to this outfit formula, and how I styled it:
- Mini Dress. I love this tie-dye Loveshackfancy Gwen Dress, and wore it a ton over the Summer but it also makes a great transition into Fall with the addition of boots and a jacket. It also comes in some other colors (see in the carousel below) and is fun and flirty, while also being refined and classy.
- Cowboy Boots. I did find these Mosaic Embroidered Boots on eBay in size 38 (grab them quick if it’s your size!) and also, the brand’s website has a lot of other fun patterns to choose from. They are a bit narrow in the toe, but not uncomfortable, and look like a great hybrid of a city boot and a Western Boot – a design that won’t go out of style.
- A Suede Moto Jacket. This AllSaints Balfern Suede Biker Jacket gives the look just the right amount of edge. It’s a great style that compliments both dresses and jeans – and the color is so neutral! I found it online on a few different sites (some sizes are sold out) and a more affordable version too by BlankNYC which is one of my favorite brands with an approachable price point and great quality for suede jackets.
- Neutral Yet Creative Bag. I’ve styled this pleated mini bag by Mansur Gavriel with another outfit, and chose it for this look in a different color called “sand/sadle”. I this it’s so elegant and chic!
I hope this inspires you to try out a similar outfit this Fall!
As always, please feel free to share the outfits you create via Instagram, using hashtag #ModnitsaOutfit in your posts, and I’ll be sure repost them on my stories!
