Color of the Summer: Sea Green
Happy official Summer! The heat has been really crazy here in NYC – running around town has required to rely on breathable fabrics, like linen and soft cotton. Thankfully, they are more than enough options for those selling at practically ALL the stores. Which leads me to this post’s outfit, centered around a linen dress in a gorgeous sea green color – coincidentally, made by a brand named “Sea”.
Here are the exact ingredients to this outfit formula:
- The Sea Green Dress. I think the main attraction of this dress is the color – while the silhouette is pretty relaxed. It can be worn belted or loose – both perfect for Summer-time heat. It’s mostly sold out online, but I did find one on eBay – check out the carousel below.
- A Mini Wristlet Bag. I love the Damier Azur Louis Vuitton pattern – I think it’s super fresh and feminine. This wristlet fits all the necessities and is chic and understated. Mine came with my Louis Vuitton Neverfull – adding even more value to the purse.
- The White Flat Sandals. As I said before, this Margaux NY style of sandals goes with everything – and I found a few other pairs in white leather for extra options, see the carousel below! White strappy sandals are an absolute Summer wardrobe staple!
- A (Branded) Belt. I think this dress can have two completely different looks with or without the belt. I’m a huge fan of waist-defining accessories but a free-flowing dress also has its allure for the Summer.
I hope this inspires you to try out a similar outfit this Summer! As always, please feel free to share the outfits you create via Instagram, using hashtag #ModnitsaOutfit in your posts, and I’ll be sure repost them on my stories!
