February is the unofficial-official month of love, with Valentine’s Day mid-month – and all the brands and marketers pulling out all the stops to remind us to buy roses, heart-shaped chocolate and wear all shades of pink and red available. I LOVE – and don’t mind the cheesy reminders one bit, I think it’s great to bring some joy and excitement to a cold Winter month. It kind of makes the month go faster – getting us closer to March – and Spring.

This Valentine’s Day, I want to remind you guys to celebrate our greatest love of all – self-love. Whether it’s making time to take yourself on a coffee date, go for a jog/run/walk to enjoy some fresh air, read your favorite book while soaking in a tub at the end of the day (with your favorite beverage), or (if you’re a mom like me) just getting 15 uninterrupted minutes of time in the morning to collect your thoughts and set your intentions for the day.

For today’s look, I’m actually styling a brand that reminds us that we’re all Elevens (out of Ten) – that we’re all amazing, strong, full of love, full of excitement and can attract only the best in life if we set our minds and thoughts to it – the true definition of self-love and the spirit of the month. It’s a brand called Eleven by Venus Williams – an athletic/lifestyle clothing collection that celebrates YOU every day.

The pieces I styled are equal part sporty and chic – and definitely bright and bold – so I added some structured accessories and elevated athletic boots to complete the look.

Here are the exact ingredients to this outfit formula, and how I styled it:

1. The Cherry Tomato Track Suit. Now I’m typically not a matchy-matchy girl when it comes to track suits – but this color really called my name and I decided to go for it. You can also break up the pieces and style them separately (it also comes in “admiral navy” – and I would actually coordinate the navy pants with the red pullover to make it look purposefully mismatched but part of a set). The fabric is super soft on the inside and looks luxurious and sleek on the outside – making the track suit appropriate for running errands, lounging about AND working out. It’s the perfect athleisure set that commands attention to remind everyone you’re an ELEVEN girl!
   
2. Elevated Hiker Boots. I shared an unboxing of these See by Chloe Shearling Hiker Boots on my IG recently – and styled them with 3 different looks – this being one of them. They’re really warm and very practical but chic at the same time. I love the platform and shearling trim – they are so cozy and not overly bulky. I found a lower-heeled version too – see below!
   
3. Chic Shades. My Garrett Leight Calabar Sunnies with green lenses compliment the red suit (as red and green are color compliments – making each other pop).
   
4. Structured Bag.  I completed the look with my Polene Numero Un in Sage – it balances the ensemble nicely and the color is the continuation of the sunglass color – making the look come together. I styled it for a Fall outfit HERE – just goes to show how it works well with different types of outfits.
